Location is very serene, secured, easily accessible to Ilford train station. Good for shopping because of many shops on the High Street as well as.the Cranbrook street. The iconic Exchange Mall is a walking distance from the hotel, home to many shops great for shopping. The hotel is very clean and rooms are tidied up everyday. Staff are very nice and helpful.

for the price, the hotel was excellent - much better than I had expected. The Irish receptionist (I mention "Irish" in order to identify her_ was SO nice and helpful with a couple of issues that I had regarding transportation. She definitely "went that extra mile".

Location excellent 10 min walk from ilford station . Room was clean and basic a lot better than i expected for 50 GBP

I’ve booked 2 rooms ( one single and one double ) and I was very surprised to see that the rooms were very , very clean and bathrooms too because the reviews are not so good .In the hotel was quiet during the night . And if you feel that is cold in the room you can turn on the heater and after the temperature is perfect and warm.

*Breakfast nice with sufficient quantity everyday *Hotel is rated 2 stars but I think it's 3 stars when compared with other hotels rated 3 stars *Nearness to buses and trains *Good food around the hotel *Functional free WIFI, bathroom, tea/coffee.... I will say adequate of everything I will stay here again and again !! *They made sure to provide the type of room I requested for which makes me enjoy my one month stay

Welcoming. Warm in spirit. The room was also warm. Hot beverages for the cold winter weather in room. Location is a very short walk to the Elizabeth line to London city centre.

they start to removated the place, but it still need a lot of things to fix. i meet the nicest boy who relly tryed to help me with advices and make my stay there confortable (changed my room when i had problem with shower, helped me with luggage, borrowed me a hairdryer). thank you for everything, Uzair. the location was easy to find.
